Uses the canonical Lead Optimization information queue and the explicit 2 exploit / 2 explore / 1 control target mix. Only human-approved Make/Test rows can enter the recommended batch.
Preclinical / nomination readiness
Explicit nomination gates from the programme-native Preclinical Candidate OS. There is deliberately no synthetic readiness percentage.
